Nearly 50 seventh- and eighth-grade Valley are students are getting an inside look into the medical field through the Dignity Health Northridge Hospital and the Northridge Family Practice Center program AVID (Advanced Via Individual Determination). The program hopes to create interest for students to pursue careers in medicine.
