LOS ANGELES — The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) will hold Customer Service Saturday at the Van Nuys Customer Service Centers on September 12, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The location for the Van Nuys center is:Van Nuys CSC 6550 Van Nuys Boulevard Van Nuys, CA 91401
Customers who attend Customer Service Saturday can receive assistance from staff who are able to take payments, process service order requests, answer billing questions and resolve billing issues. There will be informational tables and displays with information on LADWP programs and services available to customers, as well as sign-up materials.
As part of the September 2015 Customer Service Saturday, LADWP will also host customer workshops the Van Nuys locations. This month’s topic is the Department’s EnergyEfficient Product Marketplace and the workshop at each location will commence at 10:00 a.m. The workshops will be interactive to accommodate questions from attendees and will last approximately one hour.
