The San Fernando Mall Association and Faith Center San Fernando will co-host the second annual “Trunk-A-Treat” Friendly Safe Zone alternative Halloween celebration for kids on Saturday, Oct. 31, from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The free event, which takes place in the mall along San Fernando Road, between Brand Boulevard and Mcclay Avenue, will provide candy and treats for kids, hot dogs (first come, first serve), raffles and other giveaways. Classic cars will be judged on kid friendly Halloween themes. Event officials ask those dressing up to not wear “scary” costumes.
