NORTHRIDGE (CNS) — Authorities are seeking the public’s help to find a man who tried to sexually assault a senior citizen at her Northridge home.

The crime occurred Feb. 2 at about 10:30 p.m., according to the Los Angeles Police Department. The address of the residence was not released.

“The suspect entered an elderly victim’s residence, grabbed the victim, and dragged her out of the residence,” according to an LAPD statement. “The suspect then attempted to sexually assault the victim.”

Police have circulated a composite drawing of the man, described as black, 30-40 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall, and weighing about 180 pounds. He was dressed all in black.
