Police Search for Dog-Nappers

PANORAMA CITY (CNS) — Police are on the hunt for a pair of dog-snatchers who made off with a puppy from a Panorama City home.

The dog-napping occurred about 4 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 28. The residents told officers that a man and woman kicked in the front door of their home in the 9000 block of Tobias Avenue and took off with their 3-month-old husky puppy named Lucy, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The man was described as Hispanic, about 24 years old and 5-feet 7-inches tall. The woman, also Hispanic, was described as about 18 years old, 5-feet tall, with black hair and brown eyes.
