The LA Council is offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to the identification, apprehension and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the 2013 shooting death of Kenny Jermaine Fulks.
According to detectives from the LAPD Operations Valley Homicide Bureau, Fulks, 33, was shot by an unknown person or persons inside of the cellphone store he managed in the 15200 block of Saticoy Street in Van Nuys.
The shooting occurred on May 9, 2013. Detectives believe Fulks was met or forced into the back room of the business and made to kneel in front of a couch before being fatally shot. No cash from the business was in the office, the cash register was open and empty, and the victim’s wallet was found with no cash inside at the scene of the crime.
Detectives have continued to investigate the crime but have not been able to identify a suspect or suspects, and are seeking the public’s help.
