Board Certified in Internal Medicine, and in Hospice and Palliative Care, Dr. Grosser joined Northridge Hospital’s Medical Staff in 2003 and has served as the hospital’s Medical Director of Palliative Care since 2010. Guided by compassion, he trains and manages a team of professionals who focus on symptom management for patients with terminal or life-threatening illnesses while also coordinating family conferences to discuss palliative and end-of-life issues. In addition, Dr. Grosser has served as the Medical Director of the Transitional Care Program since 2014, a role in which he oversees clinical care provided by nurse practitioners for post-acute patients discharged from Northridge Hospital.

Dr. Grosser completed his Doctor of Medicine degree at Temple University School of Medicine, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Internal Medicine Residency with the UCLA/San Fernando Valley Program at Olive View Medical Center. There, he served as Chief Resident and Assistant Clinical Professor where he trained and supervised medical interns and residents.

As President of the Medical Staff, Dr. Grosser is charged with the enforcement of the medical staff bylaws, rules and regulations and will serve as Chair of the Medical Executive Committee.
