  1. I have seen high school kids walking in the gutter, because there is no room on the sidewalk to pass thanks to the homeless having setup their tents on the sidewalks. If you are disabled and want to use the sidewalk you can’t. This is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. If a pedestrian is using a walker they will have to walk in the street. I can’t believe the protesters are fine with these situations. It is not unreasonable to ban encampments close to schools. How many of the protesters actually live near a homeless encampment. I live near a couple.
