A Hispanic male who was killed Saturday while riding his bike in the City of San Fernando has been identified by the San Fernando Police Department.
Robert Abraham Salas, 43, was killed in a car traffic accident after 1 p.m. near on Saturday, Oct. 22, near San Fernando Road and Meyers Street. Police said that the motorist who struck Salas stayed at the scene and was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol and was not arrested.
According to the coroner’s office, Salas was experiencing homelessness at the time of his death.
