The provisions of the Ordinance is approving a zoning text amendment (Project No. ZTA2023-002) to amend San Fernando Municipal Code Section 106-182, Standard Conditions, to grant discretion to the Planning and Preservation Commission or the City Council to waive or modify certain standard conditions for the approval of conditional use permits authorizing the sale of alcoholic beverages.

This Ordinance shall go into full force and effect at 12:01 a.m. on the thirty-first (31st) day after its passage. Copies of this Ordinance are available through the City Clerk’s office for examination and purchase by the general public.
