The Sepulveda Basin, home to a beautiful wildlife reserve and a recreation area, is the river’s first natural bottom section – a lush, green oasis in the middle of the San Fernando Valley. Join FoLAR in the Upper River to collect trash and prevent waste from polluting our watershed and flowing into the Pacific Ocean.
