Nick Kimball has assumed the duties of interim City Manager of the City of San Fernando, until a permanent manager is hired . Kimball, who replaced outgoing City Manager Brian Saeki after the later to a similar job in Covina, has worked for San Fernando since 2014. Kimball began his new position on Jan. 3.
