The UCLA and USC men’s basketball teams play their first NCAA Tournament Field of 64 games today, March 17.
USC (25-9) has already played one game. The Trojans had to defeat Providence, 75-71 on Wednesday in Dayton, Ohio in a “First Four” play-in game to advance to today’s game as the 11th seed. USC will face Southern Methodist University (27-4), the sixth seed, at 12:10 p.m. at the BOK Center in Tulsa, OK, on the cable network channel truTV.
The Bruins (29-4) are the third seed in the South bracket. They face Kent State (22-13), the 14th seed, at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento at 6:57 p.m., also on truTV.
