PACOIMA (CNS) – Members of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Valley Bureau Homicide Unit is asking for the public’s help in bringing the killer of Kenneth Fulks to justice.
At San Fernando Road in Pacoima, police announced a $50,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect or suspects responsible for the murder of Fulks, who was shot to death on May 9, 2013, in the 15200 block of Vanowen Street in Van Nuys. A new billboard asking for the public’s help was also unveiled.

Fulks’ family members joined homicide detectives, and two organizations — Justice for Murdered Children and Justice For Homicide Victims —that support family and friends whose loved ones have been killed.
