Primavera a la Acción: Donar Sangre con la Cruz Roja

La primavera ya está aquí. A medida que cambian las estaciones, la Cruz Roja Americana le recuerda al público que la necesidad de sangre no se toma un descanso. La sangre y las plaquetas siguen en riesgo de agotarse este mes. Los donantes son cruciales para ayudar a la Cruz Roja a evitar una escasez de sangre en las próximas semanas.

Se alienta a los donantes de todos los tipos de sangre, especialmente los donantes tipo O y los donantes de plaquetas, a hacer y asistir a citas para donar. Reserve un tiempo para donar visitando RedCrossBlood.org, descargando  la aplicación de donantes de sangre de la Cruz Roja o llamando al 1-800-RED CROSS.

Cuando los donantes presten un brazo este mes, la Cruz Roja echará una mano. Todos los que vengan a donar sangre, plaquetas o plasma durante el mes de marzo recibirán una tarjeta prepagada Visa® de $10 por correo electrónico. Además, se ingresarán automáticamente para tener la oportunidad de ganar una tarjeta prepagada Visa de $3,000, que podría ayudar a cubrir gastos como gasolina o comestibles.
