If you could see the bonding agent that makes relationships strong, then you would notice the “glue” applied in tiny drops — brief moments of trust that, over time, build up to a quantity to connect people in points of solidarity. Don’t doubt the power of small positive interactions. They count. They are, in fact, everything.

You want to get your project done, and you have everything you need now — except time. In this case, time can be made. It can be carved out, claimed and protected.
