Learn the fundamental basics of lacto fermentation. Lacto fermentation includes many foods, including sauerkraut, kimchi, certain varieties of pickles, and more. In this program, we’ll cover terminology, tools, and techniques. There will also be recipes and treats to try and take home. Presented by Brie Wakeland.
