San Fernando (818) 365-6928 As part of an effort to combat inflation by helping families who are struggling to purchase essentials, LA County Library is launching a new pilot program in which the San Fernando Library will be one of five locations providing free diapers, wipes and menstrual products. Made possible by a generous donation from the nonprofit Baby2Baby, these products will be provided for free. Please call the number above for more information.
