Create your own papel picado, a traditional Mexican decoration made by cutting beautiful designs into tissue paper. Margarita Medina from the Mexican Cultural Institute of Los Angeles presents a workshop that takes learners on a brief journey around the world, exploring the use of paper in different cultures and how it is used in Mexican culture.
