Join Teens for a Better Community (TBC) in celebrating Earth Day by registering to pick up a succulent that they planted earlier this month. The Teens for a Better Community (TBC) Youth Leadership Program and Counselor in Training (CIT) programs offer youth the opportunity to work side by side with Recreation staff to obtain valuable work experience and earn service hours.
