Emergency Planning for El Niño-related weather

A combined agency meeting, hosted by state Sen. Tony Mendoza (D-Artesia) and Rep Linda Sanchez (D-38th Dist.) on Nov. 14 in Norwalk, worked on plans for emergency preparedness in the face of the expected El Niño-related weather this winter.
