Valerie Morishige of the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/ County Clerk’s office for Community and Voter Outreach Services operates one of the new voting machines that will be used in the elections next March. The machine is presently located at the San Fernando Library for viewing, and instruction is offered on how to mark a ballot. The voting machine will be at the library through Dec. 21. Morishige will also be available to register voters.
