Renee D. Madera died on December 27, 2021 at the age of 46. She was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, in the homelands of her ancestors.
Renee is preceded in death by her mother Rosemary Madera and grandmother Delia Ortega. She is survived by her grandfather Jimmie Ortega, aunts Sylvia Andrews and Darlene Villaseñor, and cousins Pamela, Mark, and Michael.
She was a trained operatic singer, advocate for the blind, and dog lover.
