City of San Fernando Police Chief Fabian Valdez threw the first pitch for Mission City Baseball opening day. Family and friends came out to watch the procession of cars that traveled from San Fernando Recreation Park to Las Palmas Park and enjoyed the day watching exhibition games that kicked off the season.
