LOS ANGELES (CNS) – Dodger Stadium, although best known for its famed Dodger Dogs, earned the No. 1 spot today on an animal-advocacy group’s list of vegetarian-friendly Major League ballparks.

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals praised the park’s vegan nachos with dairy-free cheese, chipotle black bean veggie burger and tofu flatbreads among other dishes that offer “a powerful line-up of cruelty-free fare to meet any fan’s tastes,” said Kenneth Montville, PETA senior campaign strategist.

Other MLB parks making PETA’s Top 10 Vegetarian-Friendly Ballpark list include Philadelphia’s Citizens Bank Park in second place, Washington’s National Park in third and San Diego’s Petco Park in fourth.
