Posters produced by the Coalition Against Displacment (CAD), have been put up at the new bike path in Pacoima and San Fernando and other areas that will be adversely affected by the high speed rail. The resident’s group have held community meetings throughout the Northeast valley to encourage residents to become involved in opposing the bullet train coming through their neighborhoods.
