You’d hate to call this a critical game because let’s face it: all Mission League games are critical.
But this matchup is more than just a crucial league contest. Both private schools want to attract the same kind of high-caliber athlete to their respected football programs. A win is the best kind of publicity.
It forecasts to be a high-scoring affair. The Eagles (4-2, 1-1) average just under 41 points a game. The Warriors (2-4, 2-0) average 37 points a game.
The kickoff at Alemany High School is at 7 p.m.
