ARIES (March 21-April 19)

It all works together, the body mind and spirit. So don’t be surprised if you eat better and then do your best work; or if you love more and then feel physically stronger. Every part of life affects other areas. Enjoy what seems to come easily to you, because chances are you worked for it in some way that’s not immediately apparent.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)

There will be a reckoning involving tasks done and undone. You’ll try to get a realistic idea of what happened: where your projections were off; where they were on; what you were optimistic or pessimistic about. Your ability to be accountable to yourself will be the habit that takes you far.

GEMINI (May 21-June 21)

You’ll gather good information and raise important points. This you’ll do for your own selfish reasons: to feed your curiosity; to get the best outcome; to become more knowledgeable, effective, useful and powerful. You’ll score on all counts, with a bonus: Your work will turn out to be a generous act of respect and help.

CANCER (June 22-July 22)

It’s a quid pro quo situation between you and life. You give all to life; life gives all to you. The mutuality is beautiful. And as you well know, it’s not always this way. Life isn’t obligated to anyone. Fairness and reciprocity don’t have to be part of the deal. So times like this are something to enjoy and celebrate.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)

What if the hierarchy is fictional? What if the ones in charge don’t have any special qualities or merits but are just people who happen to have been cast in that role? And if the hierarchy is fictional, who is the author? A strong case can be made for writing your own hierarchy just to customize your role.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)

You won’t have a great deal of time to spend in leisure, but what you do have you’ll want to spend wisely and with the people who interest you. A social mood pervades the later part of the week. While you gravitate toward accomplished and attractive people, it’s the one with the best sense of humor who will captivate you.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23)

This week, you’re organized and in the mood to plan. So many items live in your brain, waiting to be born into writing. Make your big list, then break it down; tear pieces off. When you finish a piece, document it and celebrate. Don’t go back to the master list right away, or life will begin to feel like a bottomless pit of work.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21)

Does your future self approve of the action your current self is taking? The simple way to find out is just to ask. And if you haven’t developed a relationship with your future self, or even pictured this wise guide, it’s a fine week to start tapping into the wisdom and perspective that defies time and space.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)

Paper is your friend. Though many exchanges, studies and adventures will happen through a lit screen, whatever you do on paper this week will bring you good fortune. Try to work out your ideas and plans on paper. Paper and pen will help you concentrate, comprehend and express your truest self.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)

No one is too old to make a new friend. This week, such a thing happens quite naturally and for the best reasons — mutual appreciation and a similar manner of enjoying particular aspects of life. Fortifying ties will be made between people who don’t need each other at all; rather, they simply prefer one another.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)

It will behoove you to surround yourself with people of good character this week. The true colors of others will be easiest to see in two circumstances: a pressurized situation with heightened stakes, or a situation in which a person is dealing with someone who can offer no obvious or known benefit.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)

Your goal is simple: to elevate the room and brighten people’s hearts. Achieving the goal… that’s less simple, if only because said “room” is populated by a diverse group, making it tricky to settle on one thing that will please the majority of them. Don’t overthink it. Go with what excites you and you’ll be contagious.
