Workout Recipe to Burn Those Thanksgiving Calories

Thanksgiving is one holiday where we love to eat and this year, it’s more challenging as  many people are still struggling to drop their pandemic weight.

But it’s possible to gobble down your turkey day favorites without packing on pounds.

“We are helping people shed major pandemic pounds, we’re talking 100+ pounds in many cases,” said Alejandro Front, co-founder of The Camp Transformation Center. 

“We know the true impact COVID-19 has had on our community and across the nation. There are exercises that can help to maintain a healthy, fit and well-balanced life.”

Step aside salads, here’s how to work off your Thanksgiving favorites:

— If you want to eat two slices of turkey with a spoonful of gravy, you’ll need to do 60 walking lunges to keep your pants buttoned after the feast;

Also, signing up for a Turkey Trot is worth your time. Fitness trainers advise doing a cardio related activity in the morning and enjoy your Thanksgiving meal in the evening.
