San Fernando Valley Students, Teachers and Schools Receive “Excellence in Education” Awards

Schools, educators and students in the San Fernando Valley who have received national education recognition this year were awarded at the 22nd Annual Steve Allen “Excellence in Education” Awards.

The award ceremony was held on May 25 at Pierce College at The Valley Economic Alliance Board of Directors meeting. The award is named after Steven Allen, a Valley resident and entertainer, and is given to students K-12, adult education centers, higher learning institutions and educators.
