On Election Day, June 2, some Los Angeles County voters will be rushing across town after work to get to election sites and vote before the polls close, but many others will have already cast their vote at one of the 122 centers already open.
Vote centers opened across LA County for the June 2 Statewide Primary Election on May 23. Now, instead of being limited to a single neighborhood polling place, any eligible voter can choose to go to any of the vote centers across the county, regardless of where they live in the county.
Voters can also receive assistance in their preferred language from trained election workers.
In addition, eligible voters who have not yet registered to vote can visit any vote center, complete a conditional voter registration form and vote on site.
Before heading to a vote center, voters can use the county’s interactive sample ballot tool to review their ballot, mark their selections in advance on a smartphone or computer and transfer the selections to a ballot marking device at a vote center.
Vote centers are open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. for in-person voting, voter registration and dropping off vote-by-mail ballots.
