Our beloved Frank Garcia, age 101, passed on to the Lord October 11, 2026. Frank was born on February 6, 1925, in El Paso, Texas, and resided in the San Fernando Valley for more than 90 years.
Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Nellie Garcia. He is survived by his daughters, Rita Garcia and Anita Juarez (Gabe); grandchildren, Gabe Jr. (Mellisa), Sarah Schwab (Mark), Nick Juarez (Xochilt); and great-grandchildren, Zane, Alessandra, and Isabella Juarez.
Frank served his Country in WW II- 1943-1945 (Navy Corpsman) and in the Korean War- 1950-1951 (US Marine Corps Medic)
Frank was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
Services will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Ferdinand Church, 1109 Coronel St., San Fernando, CA 91340.
Internment at San Fernando Mission Cemetery, 11160 Stranwood Avenue, Mission Hills, CA 91345.
