Last Sunday was a difficult day in the City of San Fernando marred by devastating shootings, but the show went on with a planned summer concert at San Fernando Recreational Park with Los Tesoros de San Fernando, the award winning student group that was recognized by Michelle Obama at the White House. The students are part of the highly successful Mariachi Master Apprentice Program.
