Motorists should find a smoother passage on Osborn Street, between Arleta Avenue and Laurel Canyon Boulevard — in the Northeast San Fernando Valley, between Arleta and Pacoima — after that stretch of roadway was resurfaced on Oct. 27. The repair work was done in part to get ahead of the rainy season and not allow cracked concrete and potholes along the heavily driven traffic corridor used to enter the 5 Freeway fall into further disrepair. More resurfacing and ADA-compliant sidewalk ramps, be done from January to March 2020.
